This week, I'm painting my kitchen. usually I'm a lover of white walls but this time around I'm thinking of going for a soft grey. Maybe this oc-55 or 0c-64 ( this are benjamin moores colors)

Lots of inspiration form Sweden
Love the black and white and the use of unusual vintage furniture
Being a graphic designer, I love typography. And it looks so great in this house. This big T is very great!
I'm presently shopping for my counter top and I just love these stainless steel counter top. Just wish they weren't so expensive.
love this orange chair. I recently found a similar chair in the garbage. It was in a terrible shape and this is great inspiration to how to restore it
So hope all this inspiration photos form Sweden will inspire you!

Painted furniture
This is a great idea to put a twist on some old furniture. I'll try this one as soon as I can find the perfect piece to paint at the flee market.

Hooks
I'm shopping for some hooks to put in my entrance hall to I can hang my coat.
I have a Karim Rachid coat hanger right now. And I love it but it is too big for my entrance.
Here are some of the hook I have found that have an interesting look form Antropology and Urban outfitters.
Any other suggestions

scratch post
With the title of this blog, you may have guessed that I have 2 cats.
And as much as I love my 2 fur balls... i don't enjoy them making them nails on my furniture or on my wood moldings. I have been looking for a scratch post for them but everything is so ugly. It's always really big and with bad beige or gray carpet. I have found on the web this beautiful scratch post by James Owen. Too bad it's not for sale..
